3. conceptualise
guided by our research + findings, we begin the creative process, designing, sketching and creating the way in which your space will come together.
4. present
we meet with you and present you with our creative direction,sketch plans of your space, and a collection of ideas which we discuss with you in an interactive workshop.
5. construct
once we have your approval, we begin the detailing + construction phase, where we
produce a collection of technical build drawings + specifications
6. co-ordination
at this stage, we present the working drawings to your preferred contractor- or our own-, as well as meet with the professional team, and begin the build.
7. quality control
once the build has begun, we engage regularly with all contractors and sub-contractors on site, snagging and desnagging- ensuring a successful outcome - every time.
8. installation + completion
we supervise + manage all items which we procure on your behalf, ensuring successful on site installation, completion + project handover.
